Jill Deutch, Senior Strategist and Consultant

Jill Deutch served for 15 years as Hillel’s Director of Development and now holds the title of Senior Strategist and Consultant. She adores speaking with donors about the fabulous students at Hillel of Broward and Palm Beach and explaining how their financial support gives every Jewish student the opportunity to connect with other Jewish students and to make an enduring commitment to Jewish life. Jill has a degree from the University of Michigan where she and her husband Ted were actively involved in Hillel. She also has a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Master's degree in Judaic Studies from Baltimore Hebrew University. In addition to her professional work at Hillel, Jill is an active community volunteer and has served on the FAU Phyllis and Harvey Sandler School of Social Work Community Advisory Board since its inception, in addition to holding leadership roles at the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County. She is crazy about her kids and family and also loves movies, books, traveling, and cooking… especially Shabbat and holiday meals.
